Ex -Chancellor Germany Gerhard Schroeder filed a lawsuit against the German parliament – Bundestag demanding to restore the privileges of the former head of government partially withdrawn in May. He demands that the former office of the ex-Chancellor be returned and restored the staff of the employees, Gannover’s lawyer Schrief Michael Nagel told DPA.
According to him, the statement of claim on behalf of Shreder was sent to the Berlin administrative court. The statement states that the decision of the Bundestag Budget Committee to deprive the Schroeder of his bureau in parliament is illegal.
