In the Shirvan City Prosecutor’s Office received an appeal of the local resident of Mehpary Soltanova fraud. This was reported in the Shirvan City Prosecutor’s Office.
Investigations were established that M. Soltanov was supposedly for the appointment of a pension for disability niece of a resident of Shirvan Bakhruz Mamiyev urged to give a bribe of 1,500 manat chief physician of the family health center of the public legal entity “Shirvan Central City Hospital”, and in the end herself herself .
On the fact of obtaining M. Soltanova with the same purpose of money in the amount of 1,500 manat from his daughter, the Anahan Mamedova in the Shirvan City Prosecutor’s Office initiated a criminal case under articles 178.2.2 (repeated fraud), 32.4, 312.2 (incitement to re-learning bribes official Person for committing them knowingly illegal actions) of the Criminal Code of the AR.
