Russian groups of troops remain the main guarantor of the preservation of peace in Syria and Karabakh, said Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, speaking with a report at an expanded meeting of the College of the Ministry of Defense.
Shoigu also said that “Russia, together with the CSTO countries, did not allow a color revolution in Kazakhstan in 2022.”
Speaking about the state of the Russian Armed Forces, he said that the level of modernization of the country’s strategic nuclear forces was brought to 91.3%.
Shoigu also stated that the “special military operation” showed the high professionalism of the commanders, commanders, headquarters of all levels of management, as well as the readiness of military personnel to carry out the most difficult combat missions. “
