The military prosecutor’s office of the Agdam district received information that on December 14, 2022, a soldier of the N-na military unit of the Ministry of Defense Aslan Askerley committed suicide from firearms.
According to the press service of the military prosecutor’s office, the employees of the military prosecutor’s office of the Agdam district conducted an inspection of the scene and body, material evidence was seized.
A criminal case was opened in the military prosecutor’s office of the Agdam district under Article 125 (bringing to suicide) of the Azerbaijan Criminal Code, witnesses were interrogated, appropriate examinations were assigned and the necessary investigative actions were carried out. The investigation continues.
