President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a law on a number of amendments to the codes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
According to changes, a number of words in the codes are replaced by other words and expressions: the expression “physical defect” is replaced by the expression “physical deficiency”; the words “deaf -mute, blind” – on “with fully limited opportunities in speech and hearing, vision”; The word “blind” – on “with fully limited opportunities for vision”; The word “defects” – on “violations”; The word “weak -minded” – on “mentally retarded”; The word “injury” – on “injury”; The words “disabled” – on “with established disabilities”.
