Russian citizens trying to leave the Russian Federation should be able to receive visas to the European Union countries, said the Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares, writes La Razon.
“We have nothing against the Russian people. Those who are trying to leave the country should be able to do this,” the minister answered the question of whether the Russian citizens should offer asylum in the EU.
Nevertheless, Albares emphasized that only Russians who “correspond to the conditions.”
