Spying on Armenians does not admit his guilt

In the Baku court for serious crimes, a lawsuit in the criminal case of a 30-year-old resident of the Gabalinsky district of Haji Pashayev, accused of Stateizman, the spread of hatred and enmity on national grounds in Azerbaijan on the instructions of the special services of Armenia, is undergoing a criminal case.

According to Haqqqın.az, at the meeting, the state prosecutor announced the indictment. According to the prosecution, in October 2016, Haji Pashayev through Azer Shochratovich Kaimov was involved in secret cooperation with the special services of Armenia. On the instructions of Kimimov, Pashayev published various posts on Facebook, designed to incite interethnic, ethnic growth, hatred.

The accused did not plead guilty to the accusations against him. The trial will continue until February 2.

G. Pashayev is accused under Articles 274 (state treason), 281 (public calls against the state) and 283 (excitement of national, racial, social or religious hatred and hostility) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan.
