“Employment Marathon”, aimed at supporting the employment of members of the families of Shekhid and Veterans of the Patriotic War continues. According to the State Employment Agency, Bos Shelf, announced 21 new vacancy within the Marathon, is one of the most active employers in this area.
“Bos Shelf always belongs to everyone who fought for the territorial integrity of our country. We consider our duty to regular support to veterans of the first and second Karabakh wars, and we are proud of their presence in the ranks of our employees,” says BOS SHELF message.
As of autumn 2020, more than 200 veterans of the first Karabakh war have already been listed in the BOS Shelf team. On the second Karabakh war, completed by the great historical victory of Azerbaijan under the leadership of the Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev, 58 employees of the company took part.
At the end of the Second Karabakh war, as part of a program to support veterans, Bos Shelf has adopted 50 participants in the war in its own specialized training center for free. “Here our new personnel receive education in various specialties, such as mechanics, welding, installation, rigging, etc., at the successful completion of which will receive an offer for employment.”
The company also employed in various specialties 10 veterans of the Second Karabakh war without a prior learning process. Currently, more than 300 veterans of the first and second Karabakh wars operate in Bos Shelf.
