President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on stimulating inventive activities, reports Azertj.
The decree, in order to stimulate inventive activities in Azerbaijan and provide state support in this area for patenting inventions and useful models in foreign countries through the international system of patent agreement on cooperation and maintaining them in force during the first three years, the state takes on themselves financing 50 percent of expenses paid by copyright holders who are citizens of Azerbaijan.
