Strange metamorphoses occur around the notorious “tertersky case” – one of the most scandalous in the new history of Azerbaijan of criminal investigations on the case of dozens of officers accused of treacherous and espionage. Recently, the Military Prosecutor Hanlar Veliyev openly declared in an interview about torture and violence during investigative events. Moreover, some of those killed during torture were justified after death, a criminal proceedings were discontinued.
However, as APA has become known, the decision is canceled against the military personnel of the Guliyev military service, the Elchina Matlab oglu, recognized as the accused for the “Territer Events”. In connection with the death of a military employee, a criminal case was discontinued on non-unrehabilizing grounds.
