Sudan Foreign Ministry condemned shelling of Turkish Embassy in Hartum

Foreign Ministry of Sudan condemned the shelling of the Turkish Embassy in Hartum.

The department noted that Sudan resolutely condemns the committed by the “rebels” (the forces of quick response against the army – ed.) An attack on the car of Turkey Ambassador in Hartum Ismail Chobanoglu.

The statement says that the incident indicates the involvement of the SBR in multiple attacks on the embassies, international organizations and diplomatic missions in Sudan.

The Foreign Ministry said that along with crimes related to harassment and violence against workers of international humanitarian organizations, the “rebels” are involved at least 10 attacks on the embassies and the residence of diplomats in Sudan.

“The shelling of the Firearm of the Ambassador of Turkey in Hartum is another of numerous crimes, such as the murder of civilians, the use of citizens as a living shield, the seizure of medical institutions and the disruption of the work of important state institutions,” the statement said.

Earlier, diplomatic sources in Ankara reported that one of the cars of the diplomatic mission that accompanied the ambassador of the ambassador to Hartum Ismail Chobanoglu received damage, dead and no wounded.
