In Khachmaz, a preliminary investigation in the criminal case of Parvin Nematov, accused of killing his father, ended.
According to haqqin.az, the materials in the criminal case were sent to the Sumgaita court for serious crimes for consideration. The preparatory court session is scheduled for September 9.
Note that the incident occurred on May 14 this year in the village of Niyazobad of the Khachmaz district. A resident of the village of Parvin Nematov killed the conflict with a knife of his father Gadzhikarim Nematov. A criminal case has been instituted in the prosecutor’s office of the Khachmaz district. Nematov was charged under article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
