Since September 5, at least 23 people died from cholera in Syria, Israeli media reported.
It is reported that to date, about 2,000 cases have been identified in the country. The UN said that this is the most large -scale outbreak of cholera in Syria since 2009.
According to the Syrian government, the disease has spread in all 14 provinces of the country.
