As a result of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Latvia in the field of education, ten Azerbaijanis received Latvian scholarships at 2021-2022 academic year.
Azerbaijan is among the five of the 27 countries that received this scholarship from the Latvian government. As a result of the final decision of Latvia on the choice, in accordance with the Agreement, citizens of Azerbaijan have the right to continue their studies in the following Latvian Universities: “Riga Technical University”, “University of Latvia” and “Riga University of Stradin” in various specialties and education levels.
The corresponding scholarship program was announced on February 4, 2021.
