Georgia’s state security urged the authorities of Ukraine to immediately provide evidence that Georgian special services allegedly have secret ties with Russia to organize the supply channel of sanctions products, including military destination, through the territory of the country, Gazeta.Ru reports.
“Similar actions are a particularly severe criminal offense in accordance with the legislation of Georgia. We urge the Ukrainian side to immediately provide us with evidence of this information to respond to it on legal grounds. Georgian government will be uncompromising in any given case of such a crime,” said SGB.
As noted in the department, if the Ukrainian authorities do not confirm this information, then in Georgia it will be considered as deliberate disinformation and an extremely unfriendly step aimed at provoking the riots in Georgian territory.
