They did not want to fight: armed prisoners-“Wagnerians” fled from training camp

Six armed prisoners recruited to the Vagnerians fled from the training camp in the Lugansk region. Now they are looking for them in Russia.

Russian media write that the prisoners were brought to the front line a few days ago. The men allegedly agreed to sign a contract with PMCs. However, after signing the documents, they grabbed the weapons and fled.

There are three citizens of Uzbekistan, one of Russia, the other from Belarus, as well as a citizen of Kyrgyzstan in the group of prisoners. Most likely, all of them were convicted under article 228 of the Criminal Code of Russia – drug storage, Russian media write. It is noted that the convicts may already be in Russia. They were put on the wanted list in the Rostov region.
