Three military prosecutors were created on the liberated territories of Azerbaijan, the head of the department of the military prosecutor’s office of Azerbaijan on control over the consequence of the military prosecutor’s office, Colonel of Justice, Mehdi Guseynzade, said in local media.
According to him, in accordance with the decree of the head of state on the creation of military prosecutors on the liberated territories of April 1, 2021, Gubadlinskaya and Kelbajar military prosecutors were created. And on the basis of the Karabakh military prosecutor’s office, Agdam Military Prosecutor’s Office was formed.
Moreover, the bodies of the military prosecutor’s office are created in all territories under the jurisdiction of Azerbaijan, noted Huseynzade.
