Prosecutor’s Office of the Yevlakhsky district distributed a message about the investigation of the murder of the head of the Tuberculomus department of the Evlakhskaya Central District Hospital of Babya Dzhabbarov.
“During the investigation, reasonable suspicions arose that Dashgyn Khalilov (born in 1993), Fakhrid Allahverdiev (born in 2004) and Ramiz Mammadov (born in 2005) attacked B. Jabbarov’s house, inflicted on To him numerous wounds with a stalk -cutting object, as a result of which the victim died, ”the supervisory authority said in a statement.
The suspects were charged under Articles 120.2.1 (murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), 120.2.4 (murder with particular cruelty) and 120.2.11 (murder with robbery) of the Criminal Code of AR. By a court decision, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was chosen in relation to these persons.
