President Kasym-Zhomart Tokayev during his appeal proposed to move from the superPresident form of government to the presidential republic with a strong parliament, RIA Novosti reports.
“We need verified steps to reorganize the political model of development of Kazakhstan. Speech, first of all, is about the final transition from the superPresident form of the Board to the Presidential Republic with a strong parliament. Such a system will provide the optimal balance of power institutions and will contribute to the sustainable development of the country”, – he said.
