So, the investigation of the criminal case, initiated by the main investigative department of the State Security Service of Azerbaijan for the relevant Articles of the Criminal Code, on the fact of participation as mercenaries of a citizen of the Lebanese Republic of Euldzekdzhiyan Vicarahamovich and other persons in exchange for material remuneration in terrorist activities against citizens of Azerbaijan As part of an organized group.
The consequence was established that on September 29, 2020, Euljekdzhiyan Viknek Abrahamovich, 1979, a citizen of the Lebanese Republic, a resident of Beirut, initially accepted the proposal of Ovaca Kikiyan, a citizen of the Lebanese Republic, to participate in military operations in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan as Mercenary in exchange for material remuneration in the amount of $ 2,500. To this end, on the same day, along with other persons in the organized group, he consciously crossed the state border of Azerbaijan from the territory of Armenia outside of checkpoints and arrived in the territory where other mercenaries were located.
