In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a preparatory meeting was held in the criminal case of the founder of the Housing and Construction Company Constra Basrat Abbasly, director of this company Dilafira Rasulov and an employee of Tair Aliyev accused of fraud in large scale and abuse of official authority.
As reported by the HAQQIN.AZ correspondent, the questionnaires of the accused were clarified at the meeting. Consideration of the case appointed on February 4.
Note that the accused, injured by their official powers, made obviously false information to official documents, illegally sold the apartment built by the construction company to individuals who illegally assigning the received funds. In a criminal case there are more than 100 victims.
We also note that Basrat Abbasla is the Son of the former head of the audit department of the State Investment of the Accounts Chamber of Bakhrama Abbasla.
