The trial in the criminal case in relation to the former Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the population Salim Muslimov begins.
, chaired by Judge Faik Ganiev, a preparatory court session will be held today.
Recall, Salim Muslimov was arrested as a result of a special operation carried out by the SSB, he was charged under Articles 308.2 (abuse of official powers that entailed grave consequences), 311.3.2 and 311.3.3 (repeatedly received a large bribe). By a court decision against the ex-minister, a preventive measure in the form of arrest was elected.
Later he was released under house arrest.
