Deputy Tural Ganjaliyev at today’s meeting of Milli Majlis during the discussion of the state budget for 2022 raised the issue of reconstruction of educational institutions operating to the occupation of the Armenians of Karabakh.
“Special attention in the budget is paid to the development of a modern education system. Attention should be paid to the restoration of the educational infrastructure in Karabakh. In particular, in the city of Hankendi, which I imagine. Before the occupation there was a branch of the Pedagogical Institute. Since 1973, this institution has functioned as Independent higher education institution. It would be advisable to restore the Hankendinsky Pedagogical Institute and similar educational institutions. I ask to take into account the recovery of the Pedagogical Institute in the budget, “said the deputy.
