Ankara received a letter from Washington, which can be the beginning of the dialogue between two countries by solving the problem with the latest F-35 fighters. This was stated by the head of the Department of Defense Industry of Turkey, Ismail Demir, reports RIA Novosti with reference to NTV TV channel.
Supplies F-35 were frozen due to the acquisition of Turkey Russian air defense systems C-400.
