Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with a delegation led by Somalia President Hassan Sheikh Mahmud.
Negotiations were held in the residence of Dolmabakhche in Istanbul behind closed doors.
from the Turkish side at the meeting was attended by the Minister of National Defense Yashar Guler and Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kajir.
