Twitter warned US Secretary of State Anthony Blinkin, that discussions on the Internet can be “hot”, the corresponding messages were placed under trips about Ukraine, Russia and Hong Kong, RIA Novosti reports.
“Some conversations can become hot. Do not forget that there is a person behind the computer,” the social network says.
