UAE and Israel will develop unmanned military vessels

State manufacturers of weapons of Israel and the UAE have signed an agreement on the joint design of unmanned vessels, capable of conducting an anti-submarine war, reports Al Jazeera.

The joint statement of companies states that countries will develop advanced modular unmanned vessels “170 m”, which can be used both in military and for commercial purposes.

Commenting on the signing of the Agreement, the President of the Israeli Armory of IAI Boaz Levi said that she was a “step to further develop business and strategic relations between the two countries.”

Note that the deal was concluded after in 2020 the UAE and Israel established diplomatic relations through the mediation of the Administration of Former US President Donald Trump.
