Turkey revoked its application for holding Euro 2028 in the country, the press service of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) reports.
UEFA confirmed that he accepted the joint application of Turkey and Italy for the Euro-2032.
Thus, Euro 2028 will be held in the UK and Ireland, since there are no more other candidates for the event.
It is expected that UEFA will declare its final decision to determine the host of Euro 2028 and candidates for Euro 2032 after a meeting of the board of directors, which will be held in the Swiss Nyon on Tuesday, October 10.
Earlier, the Turkish Football Federation said that she would withdraw its candidacy for Euro 2028 in case of adoption of an application for Euro 2032.
