Ukraine: deputy head of air center of troops was killed

In Ukraine, a colonel of the Russian Aerospace Forces Vasily Kleshchenko was killed, UNIAN said with reference to the stratim of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“The body of the best helicopter of the VKC of the Russian Federation, Colonel Kleshchenko in the wreckage Ka -52,” the report said.

UNIAN, citing the website of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, notes that Kleshchenko was the deputy head of the 344th Center for combat use and retraining of the flight personnel of army aviation of Russia. He also headed a parade of helicopters above Red Square on May 9 last year.
