The authorities of Ukraine declared their readiness to negotiate with Russia, France and Germany at any point of Donbass. However, the Ukrainian side excludes the participation of the so-called “Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics”. So, he commented on the initiative of the deputy head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Dmitry Kozak, who offered the Messengers of France and Germany to discuss a truce at a meeting in the Donbass with representatives of Kiev, Donetsk and Lugansk.
