The Security Service of Ukraine said that the suspect in the state treason Viktor Medvedchuk is in custody, the Ukrainian Truth reports.
Media notes that after the suspicion of the state of Gosizman, the former head of the Kharkov department of the SBU Roman Dudin, hints appeared that the person involved in a high -profile criminal case Viktor Medvedchuk may be already in Russia. The publication asked the SBU if Medvedchuk became a defendant of any exchange with the Russian Federation, and whether he is in Ukraine.
The special service noted that on September 14, the investigative judge of the Lychakovsky district court of Lviv satisfied the petition of the prosecutor general and extended the term of detention of the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Medvedchuk Viktor Vladimirovich for 60 days until November 14, 2022.
