The Ukrainian IT Armsey gained access to the network of the Central Bank of Russia, said the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
“… we have a lot of interesting things about personnel, specialized automated banking systems, their source files, the principles of their interaction, the KZI system and other materials circulating in the networks of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and already analyzed by our specialists. If the Central Bank cannot provide its Cyber protection, how can it protect the stability of the ruble? ” – wrote Federov in Telegram.
Fedorov also shared a link to the first 27 thousand files and called on the public to get acquainted with them and “draw the appropriate conclusions.”
At the same time, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation denied reports of hackers hackers hackers, clarifying that the entire archive that they laid out was previously in the public domain.
