According to Gumenyuk, “the development of events is now very powerful, the situation is dynamically changing”, so the residents of the territories captured by Russia should be evacuated as quickly as possible or find a shelter where to wait for battles.
In the Kherson regional council, Ukrainians are also urge to be closer to safe places, make food/water reserves, check the first -aid kits. If a military facility of the enemy is located nearby, you should move.
