UN: millions of tons of grain are blocked in Ukraine

Almost 4.5 million tons of grain are in Ukrainian ports and on ships, but cannot be used. This was stated by the director of the Universal Food Program of the United Nations in Germany Martin Frick, reports Deutsche Welle.

Problems with food export are caused by the fact that the ports and sea routes are blocked due to the war unleashed by Russia.

Ukraine is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wheat and corn.
