The United Nations Secretariat (UN) extended the appeal of the community of Western Azerbaijan to the international community as an official document of the Security Council, the General Assembly and the Economic and Social Council of the UN.
According to the community, the appeal is distributed in all official languages of the UN (English, French, Russian, Chinese, Arabic and Spanish), under the points of the agenda of these main bodies relating to the prevention of armed conflicts, world construction, the protection of refugee rights, and eliminate racers discrimination, protecting human rights, prevention of genocide, ethnic purges and crimes against humanity.
The distribution of appeal is a great achievement to output the issues of the rights of Azerbaijanis to the international arena, expelled from the territory of present -day Armenia. Binding the issue with the mentioned items of the agenda of the most authoritative UN bodies is the international plan of the need to return the Azerbaijanis to their homes to protect the main human rights, the establishment of international world, security and cooperation.
“This success even more inspires our community to continue its efforts to return to its native lands in peaceful, safe and worthy way. The community of Western Azerbaijan thanks the UN Secretariat for creating conditions for the spread of this appeal,” the message said.
