UN Secretary General Antoniu Guterres said that he had arrived on a visit to Ukraine.
“I arrived in Ukraine after visiting Moscow. We will continue our work to expand humanitarian aid and ensure the evacuation of civilians from the conflict zones,” said the UN Secretary General on Twitter.
He added that the sooner the military operations end, “the better – for Ukraine, Russia and the world.”
