State Department of the United States issued a warning about the danger to American citizens located in Belarus, and urged them to immediately leave the country.
citizens warned that in connection with the Russian military operation in Ukraine, “there was an increased tension in the region, the situation is unpredictable, and the mode of operation of the Minsk airport and the land border of Belarus may change without notice.”
The State Department also called for US citizens to avoid public demonstrations.
