TASS reports that the incident occurred during the Governorate’s presentation ceremony as a new governor when he went to the stage to speak with a speech. At this time, an unknown man approached the stands and inflicted a policy of slap. The ceremony was also attended by the Minister of Internal Affairs Iran Ahmad Vahidi.
After the incident, Hororas returned to the scene. “I don’t know this man,” he said, adding that forgives him.
