Azerbaijani Interior Ministry officials began checking documents of drivers and cargo trucks with Iranian state numbers following the Göris-Kafan interstate road through the territory of Azerbaijan released in the second Karabakh war.

We note that after the end of the war from Iran in the area of responsibility of Russian peacekeepers in Karabakh, loads of “unknown content” are delivered. Iranian trucks without notice and permission of the Government of Azerbaijan continue to follow the territory in which Armenian separatists are located.
