US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken During the meeting with the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmitry Kuleleba accused Russia in all provocations in the Donbas, including the movement of troops from the Ukrainian border, RIA Novosti reports.
The representative of the White House expressed concern that official Moscow can “repeat the mistake of 2014” when Russia has accumulated forces along the border crossed it and penetrated the sovereign territory of Ukraine.
In addition, the head of the State Department said that Washington supports the declaration of conflict in the east of Ukraine, and expressed concern about the “unusual military activity” of Russia in Ukrainian borders.
