The process of interaction between the co -chairs of the Minsk OSCE group is not functioning, said the senior adviser to US Secretary of State for negotiations in the Caucasus, Philip Ricker, speaking at the hearing in the Foreign Affairs Committee of the US Congress Senate.
Washington is engaged in peaceful settlement between Azerbaijan and Armenia only in the process of interaction directly with Baku and Yerevan, he added.
