Press Secretary of the White House Jen Psaki announced full blocking sanctions against the Russian direct investment fund (RDII).
“Minister of Finance will also introduce full blocking sanctions against the headquarters to the state financial structure, which functions as a sovereign welfare fund, which is responsible for attracting capital in the Russian economy sector with high growth potential,” Psaki wrote on Twitter.
