A resident of California, who returned on November 22 from South Africa, became the first American who had revealed a new strain of Coronavirus Omicron, the head of the National Institute of Allergic and Infectious Diseases of the US Anthony Faucci, “Medusa” writes.
A positive result gave a test that this man passed on November 29, Faucci said. He noted that the person infected with Omicron was previously embeded from coronavirus infection, but did not have a revaccinated. According to him, the sick observed light symptoms, and its condition improves.
The new strain of Coronavirus Omicron in recent days has revealed more than 20 countries and territories.
