US Generals and Admirals demand to dismiss pentagon chief

In the United States, 87 Generals and Admirals retired an open letter to the Minister of Defense Lloyd Ostin and the Head of the Joint Committee of the headquarters of the headquarters Milli, in which they demanded to leave their posts from them. The letter was published against the background of the withdrawal of American troops from Afghanistan, according to the organization Flag Officers for America.

Austin and Milli called for resigning for conscience reasons: they did not do everything to avoid the “catastrophic consequences” of the troops. “The consequences of this catastrophe are huge and will affect decades,” the military is convinced.

The hasty retreat of US forces led to the fact that in hazardous areas, controlled by a cruel enemy, there was an unknown number of Americans and Afghans who supported the American presence, noted in the letter.
