US President Joe Biden held a telephone conversation with the chairman of the European Commission Ursula von der Layen.
The White House reported that during the meeting, Biden expressed satisfaction with the EU agreement on the Pacet of Support of Ukraine in the amount of an additional 50 billion euros from its budget.
von der Lyain, in turn, emphasized that it is extremely important to continue the support provided by the United States for Self -Defense of Ukraine.
At the Summit of Leaders on Thursday in Brussels, the EU agreed on an additional package of Ukraine’s support in the amount of 50 billion euros.
