The relevant committee of the House of Representatives of the US Congress made amendments to the draft defense budget of the state for the next year, in connection with which it increased by $ 37 billion, including by increasing the military aid provided to Kyiv to a billion, TASS.
In the initial version of the draft budget, it was assumed that the expenses for the aid of Ukraine would amount to $ 450 million. In addition, according to the document, the US Minister of Defense is proposed to give the authority to provide the authorities of Ukraine support in the field of intelligence and security.
The amendments approved most of the members of the committee – 42 voted “for” and 17 “Again.”
