The White House made similar warnings back in July. Washington fears that Russia began to use Iranian prisoners in Ukraine. In addition, Tehran gave Moscow access to its financial networks so that Russia could bypass Western sanctions and purchase everything necessary for the military-industrial complex.
In this regard, the US Presidential Administration Joe Biden raises the question of the need to resume a nuclear transaction between Washington and Tehran. According to the authorities, in the case of lifting sanctions from Iran, the defense and financial and economic cooperation of Moscow and Tehran will be simplified many times. And this cooperation can lead to a turning situation in the Russian-Ukrainian war.
