Russia’s authorities on the borders make up lists of leaving citizens. This was announced at a meeting of the State Duma by the speaker Vyacheslav Volodin, the Russian media reports.
“We have lists of all those who are standing now. Do you think they leave and no one sees who went, why went?” – said Volodin, without specifying for what purpose the lists are compiled.
