US President Joe Biden called on Americans in Ukraine, immediately leave the country due to the threat of war with Russia. “American citizens must immediately leave,” said Biden in an interview with NBC TV channel.
“We are dealing not with a terrorist organization, but with one of the largest armies of the world. This is another situation, and everything can quickly get out of control,” he explained.
At the same time, Biden noted that even if Vladimir Putin will be “stupid enough to invade, he is enough to be a smart one, so as not to do anything that can negatively affect American citizens.”
The President of the United States stressed that neither the scenario was not ready to send American military to Ukraine to evacuate US citizens: “When Americans and Russians will start shooting each other, it will be a world war.”
