Moscow wants to obtain security guarantees, which will be common for both Russia and Ukraine and all of Europe, said the Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in an interview with RT.
According to him, the purpose of “operations” is also obtaining a security guarantee that will be based on the principle of inseparable overall security for Ukraine for Russia for all European countries.
“We offer it for many years,” he said.
